So basically he was asked to leave some restaurant in Louisiana or somewhere down south. His lawyers are trying to say it was racially motivated.

Besides, I'm pretty sure most establishments have it posted somewhere they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If I had a restaurant, I would most definitely refuse to serve a KNOWN MURDERER.
